摘要 本研究以墨水在设备中经过的先后路径为线索,探讨总结了一系列用于改善喷墨打印效果的方案。在供墨阶段中,通过仿真对墨盒内的结构改进来增加墨盒内墨水状态的稳定性并对脱气模块原理进行了介绍;在喷射阶段,对喷头基于墨滴形态进行调试,分析了喷头模组因运动引起的墨滴掉落位置及解决方案;在打印补偿阶段,采用一种在线检测技术,解决喷墨打印设备因喷头孔堵塞造成的打印缺陷。本研究为喷墨打印机的实际应用过程提供指导。 In this study,based on the sequence of ink passing through the equipment,a series of schemes for improving the inkjet printing effect were discussed and summarized.In the ink supply phase,the structure of the ink cartridge was improved through simulation to increase the stability of the ink on the ink-cartridge.A portable degassing module and its principle were introduced.In the injection stage,the general debugging process of the ink drop form was introduced,and the position of the ink drop of the nozzle module was analyzed.In the printing compensation,an online detection technology to compensate for the printing effect was introduced to solve the printing defects caused by the clogging of the nozzle hole of the inkjet printing equipment.This study provides guidance for the practical application of inkjet printers.
