摘要
喷墨三维打印是一种结合喷墨打印与三维造型工艺的增材制造技术,喷墨三维打印机连续供墨系统设计的关键在于实现负压稳定。对基于真空发生器的喷墨三维打印机供墨系统进行负压分析,包括分析供墨系统结构和供墨系统负压影响因素,确定通过增大真空发生器吸入流量,能够有效减小负压波动对喷墨三维打印的影响。通过对两款不同规格的真空发生器进行试验测试,验证上述分析结论的正确性。
Inkjet 3D printing is an additive manufacturing technology that combines inkjet printing and 3D modeling.The key to the design of a continuous ink supply system for an inkjet 3D printer is to achieve negative pressure stability.Negative pressure analysis of the ink supply system of an inkjet 3D printer based on a vacuum generator was conducted including analyzing the structure of the ink supply system and the factors affecting the negative pressure of the ink supply system,and determining that by increasing the suction flow of the vacuum generator,the influence of negative pressure fluctuation on inkjet 3D printing can be effectively reduced.The correctness of the above analysis conclusion was verified by testing two types of vacuum generators with different specifications.
