摘要
目前喷墨3D打印设备所使用的打印头在使用过程中存在图像的偏移和打印纹路较严重的问题,影响实际打印效果和产品表面的质量。其原因为墨滴落点位置不准确,存在X方向和Y方向的偏移。研究发现打印头外壳结构单元设计不合理是形成墨滴偏移的主要原因。本文通过优化打印头外壳单元结构的措施,减少经过的气流同时稳定经过气流的运动方向,减少并且稳定接触墨滴的气流,解决了因为气流造成的墨滴偏移问题,提高了墨滴落点的准确性,保证了打印砂型的整体质量。
At present,the printing head used by ink-jet 3D printing equipment has serious problems of image deviation and printing lines in the process of use,which affects the actual printing effect and the quality of the product surface.The reason is that the ink drop point position is not accurate,there are X direction and Y direction offset.It is found that the main cause of ink droplet migration is the unreasonable design of print head shell structure unit.By optimizing the structure of the shell element of the print head,this paper reduces the airflow passing through and stabilizes the direction of the airflow passing through,reduces and stabilizes the airflow contacting with the ink droplets,solves the ink droplet migration problem caused by the airflow,improves the accuracy of the ink droplet point,and ensures the overall quality of the printing sand mould.
