摘要 课程思政作为高职院校落实立德树人根本目标的创新型育人手段,对于推动职业教育培养高素质技能人才发挥着重要的作用。在这一背景下,高职院校亟需在课程思政建设过程中整合好制约人才培养的各方面因素,通过打造具有实效性的课程思政课堂教学模式,培养专业型课程思政师资团队,完善体制机制、优化课程思政建设的发展环境等路径提升职业教育人才培养质量。 Teaching ideological and political theories in all courses, as an innovative means of educating people with virtue in higher vocational colleges, plays an important role in promoting vocational education to cultivate high-quality skilled talents. Under this background, higher vocational colleges urgently need to consider various factors that restrict personnel training in the course of ideological and political construction, and improve the quality of personnel training in vocational education by creating an effective classroom teaching mode, cultivating professional ideological and political teachers, perfecting the system and mechanism, and optimizing the development environment of ideological and political construction.
