摘要
针对地方性院校教学资源相对短缺、课时压缩与教学内容增加互相矛盾、教学内容与工程应用脱节、教学形态与信息时代不相协调等问题,围绕加强应用型大学生机械创新实践能力的培养,积极探索并践行了一套基于过程体验的应用型人才机械创新实践能力培养模式.将机械创新和工程实践思想融入2个课堂,通过3类实践强化学生机械创新实践,结合3层体验提升学生创新综合素质,最终让学生在过程体验中实现创新性学习以全面提升个人的机械创新综合素质,并达成个性化培养的目的 .实践证明该培养模式在学生创新实践能力培养方面行之有效.
There are many problems in strengthening the training of innovation ability of mechanical practice for application-oriented college students,such as the relative shortage of teaching resources in local colleges and universities,the contradiction between the reduction of class hours and the increase of teaching content,the disconnection between teaching content and engineering application,and the incompatibility between teaching forms and the information age. Therefore,a set of training models for application-oriented talents’ mechanical ability of innovation practice based on processes experience has been actively explored. These models integrate mechanical innovation and engineering practice into the two classes,strengthen students’ practice of mechanical innovation through three types of practice,and improve students’ comprehensive quality of innovation by combining three levels of experience. Finally,let students achieve innovative learning in the processes of experience,to improve their comprehensive quality of mechanical innovation,and achieve the goal of personalized training. Their practice have proved that these training modes were effective in cultivating students’ innovation ability of practice.
