摘要 根据带式输送机传统人工检测存在的耗时较长、危险程度大、检测效果较差的缺点,设计一种自动化巡检装置,从巡检装置组成、驱动装置选型及检测模块设计三方面搭建巡检系统,并进行了现场调试试验。结果表明,该自动巡检装置的实用效果显著,故障检测精度较高,对煤矿企业的智能化建设发展有着重大意义。 According to the shortcomings of traditional manual inspection of belt conveyors,which are time-consuming,dangerous and ineffective,an automatic inspection device is designed,and the inspection system is built from three aspects:inspection device composition,drive selection and detection module design,and field commissioning tests are conducted.The results show that the automatic inspection device has significant practical effect and high fault detection accuracy,which is of great significance to the development of intelligent construction of coal mining enterprises.
