摘要
峰谷分时电价能够起到削峰填谷的作用,但须全部负荷共同参与。由于没有考虑不同用户间的差异,影响了居民的用电舒适度。梯度电价考虑了不同用户间的差异,可满足用户基本用电不受影响,缓解能源危机,但削峰填谷作用小,且总体用电量会有所下降,不能同时保证发电侧、供电侧和用户侧的利益。梯度峰谷分时电价以缓解电力系统压力、保证居民基本用电、节约社会和电力资源为目的,兼顾发电、供电和用户的利益,将峰谷分时电价与阶梯电价结合起来,在第2与第3梯度内对负荷实行分时电价,第1梯度内负荷电价保持不变,据此构建联合优化设计模型,并通过仿真算例证明了联合优化模型的正确性以及梯度峰谷分时电价的可行性。
Time-of-use price(TOU) has the effect of peak load shifting,but all the loads must be involved in.For the differences between users are not considered,it affects the comfort of residents using electricity.Gradient price considers the differences between users,it can satisfy the users' basic needs for electricity and relieve the energy crisis,but the effect of peak load shifting is small,the total electricity consumption will be decreased,it can't simultaneously guarantee the benefits among generation,supply and user equally.This paper puts forward the gradient time-of-use price to relieve the power system pressure,ensure residents' basic needs for electricity,save social and power resources,take consideration to the interests of generation,supply,and user.Combining the TOU with the gradient price,the TOU is adopted in the second and third gradients,the loads price in the first gradient remain unchanged.In the way,the model of joint optimization is constructed.The correctness of the joint optimization model and the feasibility of the gradient TOU are proved by the simulation example.
