摘要
带式输送机作为重要的输送设备,在煤矿的开采中具有广泛的应用。张紧绞车作为保持输送带张力恒定的装置,采用制动器保证输送带的紧急制动,保证带式输送机的运行安全。制动器在制动过程中,产生大量的热量,对其制动性能产生一定的影响。采用有限元仿真分析的方式,对制动器的温度变化过程进行分析,结果表明,制动器的最高温度小于150℃,且制动轮的最高温度小于闸瓦的最高温度,在宽度方向上呈马鞍形的分布,在闸瓦固定位置的温度呈线性增加的趋势,制动器保持较好的制动性能。
As an important conveying equipment,belt conveyor is widely used in coal mining.Tension winch as a device to keep the tension of conveyor belt constant,the brake is used to ensure the emergency braking of the conveyor belt to ensure the operation safety of the belt conveyor.In the braking process,the brake generates a large amount of heat,which has a certain impact on its braking performance.The finite element simulation analysis is used to analyse the temperature change process of the brake,and the results show that the maximum temperature of the brake is less than 150°C,and the maximum temperature of the brake wheel is less than the maximum temperature of the brake tile,which is saddle shaped in the width direction,and the temperature at the fixed position of the brake tile shows a linear increase,and the brake maintains a good braking performance.
