摘要
为提高井下带式输送机人工巡检的安全性,减少人工巡检工作量,实现输送机巡检的安全高效,研究了矿用井下轨道式智能巡检机器人组成及系统设计,分析了智能巡检机器人功能及优点,并在平煤股份十矿投入使用。应用实践表明,智能巡检机器人的应用改变了传统的人工巡检方式,智能化的巡检方式弥补了人工巡检存在的不足,提高了生产效率和设备运行可靠性,提升了矿井智能化水平。
In order to improve the safety of manual inspection of the underground belt conveyor,reduce the workload of manual inspection,and realize the safety and efficiency of the inspection of the conveyor,the composition and system design of the mine underground orbital intelligent inspection robot were studied,and the intelligent inspection robot was analyzed.The functions and advantages of the robot were checked and put into use in the tenth mine of Pingmei Co.,Ltd.The application practice showed that the application of intelligent inspection robots had changed the traditional manual inspection methods.The intelligent inspection methods made up for the shortcomings of manual inspections,improved production efficiency and equipment operation reliability,and improved the level of mine intelligence.
