摘要
针对东滩煤矿井下皮带输送机控制方式落后,设备运行可靠性低、成本高、劳动强度大等问题,在对现阶段皮带输送机运行及控制系统现状分析的基础上,对西翼和北翼皮带输送机采取KTC101主控制器改造,对东翼皮带输送机进行变频软启动改造,最后对改造效果进行综合评估。结果表明,改造后显著提升了皮带输送机的运行效率,经济效益显著。
Aiming at the problems of backward control method of underground belt conveyor,low reliability of equipment operation,high cost and labor intensity,based on the analysis of the current situation of belt conveyor operation and control system at the present stage,the KTC101 main controller transformation was adopted for the belt conveyor of west wing and north wing,and the frequency conversion soft start transformation was carried out for the belt conveyor of east wing,and finally the transformation effect was comprehensively evaluated.The results showed that the transformation significantly improved the operation efficiency of the belt conveyor with significant economic benefits.
