摘要
针对煤矿井下带式输送机人工巡检存在的问题,研究并设计了一种矿用带式输送机巡检机器人系统,重点介绍了带式输送机巡检机器人系统的硬件组成和实现功能,论述了巡检机器人装置的硬件设计、数据采集和软件实现方法,该系统可代替人工巡检,减轻巡检人员的负担,及时发现问题,为带式输送机安全生产提供可靠保障。
In brder to solve the problems existed in the manual inspection for mine-used belt conveyor, a belt conveyor patrol robot system is researched and designed. The hardware composition and achieved function of belt conveyor patrol robot system are introduced. The hardware design, data acquisition and software achieved method are discussed. The system can instead of artificial patrol, reduce the burden of patrol personnel, find problem timely, provide guarantees for belt conveyor safety production.
