摘要
当前城市发展趋势已经从快速、增量向优化、存量转变,TOD引领城市发展成为实现这一目标的最佳路径之一。介绍了TOD模式的发展历程及其在城市规划改造中的总体原则,结合白云区地铁13号线二期槎头站场站综合体项目探索TOD模式在城市规划改造中的应用。
Combining with the fact that the urban development tends to turn from the high speed and increment to the optimization and storage,the paper indicates the urban development led by the TOD model turns out to be one of the optimal approach to achieve the goal,explores the application of the TOD model in the urban planning and reconstruction by combining with the complex project of the second-phase Chatouchang Depot along No.13 Subway in Baiyun District,and introduces the development of the TOD model and its general principle in the urban planning and reconstruction.
