摘要 以探索实用的上盖开发项目交通规划方法为目的,分析车辆段上盖开发的交通特征,提出上盖开发的交通规划理念与原则,重点总结不同交通方式的上盖内外衔接模式,包括道路、轨道交通、常规公交、出租车、非机动车和步行,并结合案例阐述应用情况。结论:上盖开发项目应依据车辆段基地条件,外围城市交通特征、上盖物业功能需求,因地制宜地选择适用的交通衔接方式。 For the purpose of exploring practical traffic planning methods of upper cover development projects, this paper analyzes traffic characteristics of depot upper cover development and presents traffic planning ideas and principles of the upper cover devel- opment. The internal and external traffic connection modes of the upper cover are summarized from different aspects of transporta- tion including road, rail transit, conventional bus, taxi, non - motor vehicle and walking. By analyzing the practical cases, the paper e- laborates the applications of different connection modes. It is concluded that optimal traffic connection mode can be obtained by choosing measures that can meet the requirements of local conditions and conditions of the depot, the outside urban traffic and the upper cover property.
