液质联用法测定食品中罂粟碱的不确定度评定 被引量:4

Uncertainty Evaluation for the Determination of Papaverine in Food by Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry

摘要 研究同位素内标-超高效液相色谱-质谱法测定食品中5种罂粟生物碱的不确定度评定。依照国家市场监管总局在2018年发布的食品补充检验方法公告BJS 201802《食品中吗啡、可待因、罂粟碱、那可丁和蒂巴因的测定》,建立相关数学模型,对试验中的不确定度来源进行分析与评定。当食品中罂粟碱、那可丁、蒂巴因、吗啡、可待因含量分别为16.84, 15.74, 15.33, 78.37和75.27μg/kg时,扩展不确定度分别为1.94, 1.50, 1.67, 10.6和10.0μg/kg(k=2)。检测结果不确定度主要受标准品纯度、标准溶液配制、标准工作曲线拟合影响。 Investigate the uncertainty evaluation of five alkaloids of poppy husk in food by isotope internal standard-ultra performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry. According to bulletin of supplementary inspection methods for food BJS 201802 Determination of morphine, codeine, papaverine, narcotine and thebaine in food which issued by the State Administration for Market Regulation in 2018, establish a mathematical model about the source of uncertainty, and evaluated the uncertainty during the determination process. When the content of papaverine, narcotine, thebaine, morphine and codeine in food is 16.84, 15.74, 15.33, 78.37 and 75.27 μg/kg, its extended relative uncertainty is 1.94, 1.50, 1.67, 10.6 and 10.0 μg/kg(k=2). The uncertainty of test results is mainly affected by purity of standard, preparation of standard solutions and calibration curve fitting.
