摘要
本实验采用高效液相色谱法,对保健食品中泛酸含量的不确定度进行了评定。评估了测定过程中各个分量对检验结果的影响,分析不确定度的来源,并得到扩展不确定度。结果表明:标准曲线拟合及标准溶液配制带来的不确定度最大。因此日常要勤于维护好高效液相色谱仪,选用准确性高的的容量瓶进行标准溶液配制。
The uncertainty of pantothenic acid content in health food was evaluated by HPLC.The influence of each component in the measurement process on the test results is evaluated,the source of uncertainty is analyzed,and the expanded uncertainty is obtained.The results show that the uncertainty caused by standard curve fitting and standard solution preparation is the largest.Therefore,it is necessary to maintain the high-performance liquid chromatograph diligently every day,and choose a volumetric flask with high accuracy for standard solution preparation.
