摘要
依据ISO 16181-1:2021(E)《Footwear-Critical substances potentially present in footwear and footwear components-Part 1:Determination of phthalate with solvent extraction》,用甲苯作为溶剂,氘代邻苯二甲酸二(2-乙基)己酯(DEHP-D4)为内标物,使用气相色谱-质谱法(GC-MS)测定鞋类材料中7种邻苯二甲酸酯类物质的含量。依据JJF 1059.1—2012《测量不确定度评定与表示》,分析测量过程中不确定度的来源,建立不确定度评定的数学模型,通过对各不确定度分量的分析与评估,给出合成标准不确定度和扩展不确定度。其中标准溶液配制是测量不确定度的最主要来源。
According to ISO 16181-1:2021(E)“Football critical substances potentially present in football and football components-Part 1:Determination of phthalate with solvent extraction”,toluene is used as solvent,with di(2-ethyl)hexyl deuterated phthalate(DEHP-D4)as the internal standard substance,the contents of seven phthalate substances in footwear materials were determined by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS).According to JJF 1059.1-2012“Evaluation and Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement”,the sources of uncertainty in the measurement process were analyzed,the mathematical model of uncertainty evaluation was established,and the synthetic standard uncertainty and extended uncertainty by the analysis and evaluation of each factor of uncertainty were obtained.The preparation of standard solution is the main source of measurement uncertainty.
