摘要
建立了测定分散剂MF中喹啉质量分数的气相色谱-质谱法。以二甲苯为萃取溶剂,固相萃取法进行前处理,内标法定量。喹啉为0.5~50μg/m L时呈线性关系,相关系数为0.999 9,方法检出限为0.3μg/m L,加标回收率为70%~130%,RSD小于5%,该方法线性关系良好,检出限低,回收率高,精密度好,适用于分散剂MF中喹啉质量分数的检测。
The method of determination of quinoline in dispersant MF by GC-MS was established.The samples were extracted by dimethylbenzene though solid phase method and quantified by internal standard method.When concentration of the quinoline in the range of 0.5~50μg/mL,good linear relationship could be observed,and the correlation coefficient was above 0.999 9.The detection limit was 0.3μg/mL,the recovery rates were in the range of 70%~130%,and the RSD was less than 5%.This method was simple,high effi?cient and suitable for determination of quinoline in dispersant MF.
