摘要
目的:探讨测定掺罂粟果壳食品中罂粟碱、吗啡、可待因含量的方法。方法:微酸性条件下提取样品,液相色谱法测定食品中罂粟碱、吗啡、可待因含量。结果:液相色谱法测定食品中罂粟碱、吗啡、可待因含量灵敏度、回收率高,与胶体金吗啡试纸条法及气相色谱法无显著性差异。结论:液相色谱法测定食品中罂粟碱、吗啡、可待因含量快速,准确,适合食品中罂粟碱、吗啡、可待因含量的测定。
Objective:A method was developed to determinate papaberine, morphine and codeine in foods adding in opium poppy husk. Methods:The samples were distilled on acid condition and determined by method of LC. Results:The method had high sensitivity and recovery, no evident defference from the methods of GICA (Test - Strip) and GC (FID). Conclusion:The method is rapid and accurat and suitable for the determination papaberine, morphine and codeine in food.
