“全程主人翁”模式在“分子生物学实验”课程中的实践——以南京农业大学草业学院本科生教学为例 被引量:3

摘要 “分子生物学”是涉农相关专业的一门重要基础课程,“分子生物学实验”是在学生亲自进行实验操作的基础上帮助其形成分子生物学知识网络架构的辅助课程。在传统“分子生物学实验”课程中学生通常只涉及做实验和写实验报告两部分内容。结合当前南京农业大学草业学院开设的本科生“分子生物学实验”面临的课程推进困境,提出了“全程主人翁”模式这一教学理念。旨在充分发挥学生的主观能动性,使其体验课前、课中及课后三个阶段8个教学模块的内容,进一步深入掌握学科知识。通过分析此教学理念的优势和短板,以期为今后“分子生物学实验”课程的教学改良提供参考。 Molecular Biology is a fundamental course for agriculture-related majors.“Molecular Biology Experiment”is an auxiliary course to help students form a network structure of molecular biology knowledge based on their own experimental operations.In the traditional“Molecular Biology Experiment”course,students usually only involve doing experiments and writing experimental reports.In combination with the difficulties faced by the current undergraduate“Molecular Biology Experiment”course in Nanjing Agricultural University,we put forward the teaching concept of“whole course master”mode.This paper aims to give full play to the students’subjective initiative,so that they can experience the contents of eight teaching modules in the three stages before,during and after class,and further master the subject knowledge.By analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of this teaching concept,we hope to provide reference for the teaching improvement of the“Molecular Biology Experiment”course in the future.
