摘要
针对综采液压支架移架过程的自降现象,在分析抬底-推移机构原理基础上,建立了抬底-推移机构移架过程的力学模型,给出了抬底-推移机构出现自降式移架的主要原因,建立AMESim仿真模型进行了验证,提出了增加单向锁和联动的改进方案。研究结果表明:推移千斤顶的移架压力小于抬底千斤顶的抬起压力是造成自降式移架的主要原因,对抬底千斤顶采用液控单向锁及收抬底与升柱联动的抬底回路能有效地解决移架过程的自降问题,为抬底-移架系统设计及煤矿安全生产提供了一定的技术参考。
Aiming at the phenomenon of self-lowering in advancing support of fully mechanized mining hydraulic support, based on the analysis of the mechanism principle of bottom lifting and pushing, the mechanical model of the advancing support of bottom lifting and pushing mechanism was established,the main reasons for the self-lowering advancing support of bottom lifting and pushing mechanism were given, the AMESim simulation model was established for verification, and the improvement scheme of adding one-way lock and linkage was proposed. The research results show that the main reason for the self-lowering advancing support is that the moving pressure of the pushing jack is less than the lifting pressure of the bottom lifting jack, and the hydraulic control one-way lock and the bottom lifting loop with the linkage of bottom lifting and column lifting can effectively solve the self-lowering problem in the process of frame moving. It provides a certain technical reference for the design of bottom lifting and frame moving system and coal mine safety production.
