摘要
对比分析了薄煤层液压支架上常用的3种抬底机构布置形式,阐述了各自的工作原理及优缺点和适用范围,为抬底机构的设计和选型提供了参考和依据。同时,在综合现有抬底机构各自优点的基础上,研究了一种新型薄煤层支架抬底机构,并进行了井下工业性试验。新型抬底机构的应用,提升了薄煤层支架的抬底性能,优化了液压支架的整体结构布局。
Compared and analyzed three types of base lift mechanism layouts commonly used on thin coal seam hydraulic supported,explained their respective working principles,and comparatively analyzed their respective advantages and disadvantages as well as their applicable scope and actual application.Provided reference and basis for the design and selection of the base lift mechanism. At the same time,on the basis of synthesizing the respective advantages of the existing base lift mechanism,a new type of base lift mechanism for thin coal seam support was studied,and an underground industrial test was conducted. The application of the new base lift mechanism improves the base lift performance of the low seam support and optimizes the overall structure layout of the hydraulic support.
