摘要
针对凉水井煤矿4^(-3)薄煤层赋存条件,综合分析伸缩比、运输、通风和板材等条件,确定了适应4^(-3)薄煤层开采的合理架型、中心距和高度,基于矿压显现特点确定合理支护强度,通过对ZY9000/09/16D梁端距等运动参数动态分析,完成了薄煤层超大伸缩比强力液压支架设计。
Comprehensive analysis of expansion ratio, transportation, ventilation and plate conditions were made for the occurrence conditions of thin coal seam 4-3 in liangshuijing coal mine. The reasonable frame type,center distance and height for thin coal seam mining are determined. Based on the characteristics of the ore pressure,the reasonable support strength was determined. Through the dynamic analysis of the ZY9000/09/16 D beam end distance and other motion parameters,the design of the super-large telescopic ratio strong hydraulic support for thin coal seam was completed.
