综采工作面液压支架支护能力的分析与评价方法 被引量:13

摘要 液压支架适应性分析是评价液压支架设计选型和现场生产管理操作是否科学合理的重要研究内容,目前现场人员在分析与评价支架适应性的问题时考虑现场生产操作管理因素较少,导致对支架支护能力认识存在一定不足。基于多起现场切顶压架事故调查研究成果,提出评价液压支架适应性的有效支护能力概念及相应的分析与定性评价方法,提出支架有效支护能力评价涵盖的支架有效支护强度、有效初撑力和有效让压能力等3项子指标的计算方法及评判标准,并以神东榆家梁煤矿44305工作面支架的实际应用工况为实例进行了分析与评价,结果表明:支架有效支护能力能够定性反映现场生产操作管理对液压支架适应性的影响,可作为客观评价液压支架适应性,指导支架设计选型与现场操作管理的有效指标。 The adaptability analysis of hydraulic supports is an important research content to evaluate whether the design and selection of hydraulic supports and the on-site production management operations are scientific and reasonable.Factors of on-site production operation management were barely considered by mining engineers when performing analysis and evaluation of the adaptability of hydraulic supports,leading to a certain lack of understanding of the support capacity.In this paper,a few cases of hydraulic support failure were presented,based on which the concept of effective support ability to evaluate the adaptability of hydraulic support and the corresponding analysis and qualitative evaluation were proposed.Besides,the calculation methods and evaluation criteria of three sub-indicators,the effective support strength,effective initial support force,and effective yielding capacity,which are covered by the evaluation of the effective support capacity of the hydraulic supports,are proposed.Using the proposed evaluation method,the practical application condition of support in the 44305 working face of Yujialiang Coal Mine Shendong Company were evaluated.The results show that effective supporting ability can qualitatively reflect the influence of field operation and management to the adaptability of hydraulic support,and it is an effective index of objective evaluation on the adaptability of hydraulic support and scientific guiding for designing and selection of support and field operation and management.
