摘要 为解决掩护式液压支架在抬头及低头姿态下平衡千斤顶损坏的问题,根据平衡千斤顶的容腔压力特性,对原有的平衡千斤顶控制回路进行改进。改进后的回路可控制液压补液系统启闭和进行一定程度的内泄漏自动补液,在保证平衡千斤顶安全作业的同时,可大大减少两腔高压液体的流失,避免支护效率下降。采用AMESim验证改进后的平衡回路的可靠性,仿真结果表明,与原平衡千斤顶液压控制回路相比,改进后的液压回路补液效率和稳定性明显提高。 In order to solve the problem that the balance jack is damaged when the shield hydraulic support is raised and lowered, the original control circuit of the balance jack was improved according to the chamber pressure characteristics of the balance jack. The improved circuit can control the opening and closing of the hydraulic fluid filling system and automatically fill the liquid with internal leakage to a certain extent, which can greatly reduce the loss of high-pressure liquid in the two chambers and avoid the decrease of support efficiency while ensuring the safe operation of the balance jack. The validity of the improved balance circuit was verified by AMESim. The simulation results show that the efficiency and stability of the improved hydraulic circuit are significantly increased compared with the original balancing jack hydraulic control circuit.
