摘要
针对常规用采煤机摇臂壳体由于强度不足而容易变形最终导致传动系统易发生故障的情况,着重讨论采煤机摇臂壳体的改进方法,以提高摇臂壳体的机械性能与使用强度;针对抬底液压系统支架在某些特殊环境中的沉陷而无法移驾的问题,探究其主要原因,并提出液压系统的优化建议。
Based on he situation that the rocker shell of conventional shearer easy to deform due to the lack of strength,the improvement method of rocker shell of shearer is discussed emphatically.In order to improve the mechanical properties and use strength of the rocker arm shell; In view of the problem that the support of the bottom hydraulic system can not be moved because of the subsidence in some special environment,this paper probes into the main reasons and puts forward some suggestions for the optimization of the hydraulic system.
