摘要
为了更加科学合理地配置多机场航班时刻资源,在多机场群航班时刻分配时必须平衡时刻偏移成本和航班延误成本,本文研究了以单机场、不同机场组合和机场群所有机场为优化对象的三类优化策略下航班时刻偏移与航班延误。针对不同优化策略,构建了以最小化航班总偏移量和最小化最大单个航班偏移量的双目标航班时刻优化模型,借助Gurobi对构建的0-1整数规划模型进行求解。以粤港澳大湾区机场群航班时刻表为实例进行了时刻优化,通过AirTop软件对优化前后的航班时刻表进行了仿真,得到不同航班时刻表的延误。结果表明,以单机场为优化对象的策略能将所优化机场延误下降最多,对时刻表调整最少,但会造成其他机场延误上升;以大流量机场组合作为优化对象的策略,能在有限的航班时刻偏移情况下,使得机场群总体延误降低,但仍有部分机场延误未优化;当以所有机场为优化对象时,各机场延误均下降,但航班总延误降低较机场组合优化策略少,且各个机场航班时刻均需调整。因此,机场群时刻优化应充分考虑时刻偏移成本和航班延误成本。本文的研究结果可为航班时刻协调部门进行机场群时刻分配提供决策依据。
Tradeoff between the cost of slot displacements and the cost of flight delays must be taken into account in order to allocate slots in a multi-airport system in an efficiently and fair way.Three types of optimization schemes including individual airports,combination airports,and all airport types as the optimization objects are proposed for the multi-airport system slot intervention problem.A schedule intervention model with the dual objectives of minimizing the total flight adjustments and the maximum individual flight adjustments is constructed.The optimization results of the three types of strategies are studied with the aid of Gurobi solver.The schedule intervention model is carried out with the example of flight schedules from the multi-airport system in the Greater Bay Area.Flight delays are estimated through AirTop simulations.The results show that the strategy with individual airport intervention can reduce flight delays within the airport but increase them at other airports;the strategy to optimize the combination of high traffic airports can reduce flight delays effectively with fewer slot displacements;the strategy to optimize flight schedules in the multi-airport system as a whole can reduce flight delays at each airport but at the cost of displacing slots.Our work demonstrates that both the cost of slot displacements and the cost of flight delays should be considered when optimizing slot allocation in a multi-airport system.Our model and framework provide a decision-making basis for the management of resource allocation in a multi-airport system.
