摘要
针对机场选址指标评价中,与周围机场位置关系无法进行具体量化的问题,建立相应模型进行求解。首先,在保证飞行安全的前提下采用最短路径规划机场间的飞行航迹,为进一步分析提供研究基础;其次,在周围机场与待建机场间建立飞行模型,通过合理安排不同飞机在地面等待起飞的时间保证飞机在空中飞行安全,不产生飞行冲突;第三,结合航迹规划与地面等待时间确定周围机场与待建机场间的总飞机时间,作为在该指标下的具体量化指标;最后,结合西南某待选机场进行实例分析,判断该指标下机场的最优方案,研究方法可为机场选址指标量化决策提供参考依据。
In this paper a model is established and solved for the problem that the relationship between airport location and surrounding airports can’t be quantifiedin the evaluation of airport location indicators.Firstly,on the premise of ensuring flight safety,the shortest path is adopted to plan flight paths between airports,which provides a research basis for further analysis;secondly,the flight model is established between surrounding airports and the airport to be built,and the flight safety of the aircraft in the air is ensured by reasonably arranging the time when different aircraft are waiting for take-off on the ground,so as to avoid flight conflicts;thirdly,combined with the route planning and the ground waiting time,the total flighttime between the surrounding airports and the airport to be built is determined as a specific quantitative indicatorunder this indicator.Finally,an example of an airport to be selected in the southwest of China is analyzed to determine the optimal airport planunder this index.The content of this paper can provide a reference for the quantitative decision-making of airport location indicators.
