摘要
肾藏与肠道菌群分属中西医的不同领域,中医中“肾藏”与现代医学的论述不同,中医学中肾藏是在古代解剖的基础上将肾与其生理功能结合在一起的复合体,肾藏的主要生理机能为藏精、主生殖、主骨、主司二便。现代医学发现肠道菌群在人体生长发育的各个阶段具有差异性,其差异规律与肾藏生理功能具有相似性,笔者就肾藏与肠道菌群的关系做一简单论述。
Kidney storage and intestinal flora belong to different fields of Traditional Chinese and Western medicine. "kidney storage" in Traditional Chinese medicine is different from the discussion in modern medicine. In traditional Chinese medicine, kidney storage is a complex combining the kidney and its physiological functions on the basis of ancient anatomy. Modern medicine has found that intestinal flora has differences in various stages of human growth and development, and the differences are similar to the physiological functions of kidney storage. The author makes a brief discussion on the relationship between kidney storage and intestinal flora.
