摘要
伊犁鹅是我国唯一起源于欧洲鹅种的特色品种,主要分布在新疆伊犁河谷、塔额盆地及阿勒泰地区,乌鲁木齐、昌吉等地有零星分布。伊犁鹅擅飞行、抗病力强、适应性强、肉质鲜嫩、味美可口,富含人体生长发育所需的各种氨基酸和优质蛋白质,脂肪含量低,不饱和脂肪酸的含量高,尤其是亚麻酸含量较高,具有很高的食用和保健价值。此外,伊犁鹅具有肌内脂肪分布均匀、肌肉纤维含肌红蛋白较多、耐冷、耐饲、产绒高等特点,是伊犁河谷、塔额盆地发展现代化高效生态畜牧业的优良地方鹅品种资源。本文探讨了伊犁鹅产业化开发利用中存在的问题,并提出了相应对策。
Yili goose is the only characteristic breed originated from domestic European goose in China,Yili goose had mainly lived in Yili River Valley,Taer Basin,Aletai region and spatial distribution of Urumqi,Changji and other places in xinjiang.Yili geese were excellent flyers,had strong disease resistance、strong adaptability,delicious tasty,body rich of many kinds of essential amino acid and high-quality protein,low fat,high content of unsaturated fatty acids,especially rich with linolenic acid,which had good value for edible and healthcare.Yili geese was characterized with of broodiness,evenly distribution of intramuscular fat,muscle fiber containing high levels of myoglobin,cold tolerance,resistance of crude feed and high down yield.It is an excellent local goose species for the development of modern and efficient ecological animal husbandry in Yili Valley and Taer Basin.This paper discussed the problems existing in the industrial development and utilization of Yili geese breeding,and the countermeasures were put forward.
