“三位一体”导师制在本科生创新培养中的探索实践--以建筑与城乡规划系本科生为例 被引量:2

摘要 教育教学改革实践显示,本科生导师制已成为培养学生创新能力的有效载体和行之有效的育人举措。武汉工程大学土木工程与建筑学院经过长期实践探索,构建了“班主任导师+本科生导师+团队本科生导师”的“三位一体”本科生导师制人才培养模式,其课程思政引领、梯度递进式全方位指导,以及激励奖惩及反馈改进闭环监管等在建筑与城乡规划系实施后取得了显著成效,激发了学生综合创新意识,提升了学生综合创新实践能力,同时成果产出导向进一步促使学生实现本硕贯通,健康持续的良性循环促进了建筑与城乡规划系的进一步发展。 The practice of education and teaching reform shows that the tutorial system for undergraduates has become an effective carrier and an effective educational measure to cultivate students’innovative ability.After a long-term practice and exploration,School of Civil Engineering and Architecture of Wuhan University of Engineering has built a“three-in-one”undergraduate tutorial system talent training mode of“class adviser+undergraduate tutor+team undergraduate tutor”.In the ideological and political guidance,gradient progressive all-round guidance,incentive,reward and punishment,feedback and improvement closed-loop supervision,remarkable results have been achieved after the implementation,which has stimulated students’comprehensive innovation awareness,and the comprehensive innovation practice ability of students has been improved.At the same time,the achievement output orientation has further promoted students to achieve the connection between master and master.The healthy and sustainable circle has promoted the further development of the Department of Architecture and Urban-Rural Planning.
