摘要
武夷岩茶是一种具有岩韵(岩骨花香)的乌龙茶。面对新的国家农残限量标准,在对茶叶农残限量要求上,农残限量指标数大幅增加,农残限量要求明显下调,这对武夷岩茶中农残问题的控制提出了更高的要求。涕灭威是一种氨基甲酸酯类农药,可用来除螨、除线虫,目前广泛用于一些农产品的杀虫领域,但我国明令禁止将涕灭威用于茶叶。目前,国内外针对涕灭威的检测方法有气相色谱法、高效液相色谱法、高效液相色谱—串联质谱法等传统技术,也有生物传感技术和酶抑制技术等新兴检测技术。根据武夷岩茶检测的特点简要介绍几种检测技术。
Wuyi rock tea is a kind of oolong tea with rock rhyme(rock bone flowers).As shown in the new National food safety standard,Maximum residue limits for pesticides in food,the pesticide residue limit index for tea has increased significantly,which declines the allowed pesticide residue for tea.It sets a higher standard for the control of the pesticide residue in Wuyi rock tea.Aldicarb is a carbamate pesticide,which can be used to remove mites and nematodes.It is widely used as a pesticide for some agricultural products,but is banned from tea in China.Currently,the detection methods for aldicarb at home and abroad include traditional technologies such as gas chromatography method,high performance liquid chromatography method,and high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry method,as well as emerging detection technologies such as application of biosensor techniques and enzyme inhibition technology.According to the characteristics of MRLs detection of Wuyi rock tea,we briefly introduce several detection techniques as follows.
