摘要
目的:研究血清超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、胰岛素样生长因子1(IGF-1)水平与帕金森(PD)患者病情严重程度的相关性。方法:选取在南阳市第二人民医院2019年2月至2021年3月就诊的50例PD患者为研究组,同期就诊的50例非PD患者为对照组,对两组患者进行hs-CRP、IGF-1检测后进行相关性分析并比较两组患者hs-CRP、IGF-1水平以及不同严重程度的PD患者hs-CRP、IGF-1水平,将得到的hs-CRP、IGF-1体内的含量做ROC曲线。结果:与对照组相比,研究组患者体内hsCRP水平较高,而IGF-1水平较低(P<0.05);hs-CRP随PD患者病情的严重程度增加明显呈上升趋势,IGF-1随PD患者病情严重程度增加呈下降趋势(P<0.05);hs-CPR表达水平与Hoehn-Yahr分级呈正相关,IGF-1表达水平与Hoehn-Yahr分级呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论:hs-CRP、IGF-1水平与PD患者病情严重程度有一定的相关性。
Objective:To study the correlation between the levels of serum high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),insulin-like growth factor-1(IGF-1)and the severity of Parkinson’s disease(PD).Methods:A total of 50 PD patients treated in the Second People’s Hospital of Nanyang from February 2019 to March 2021 were selected as the study group,and 50 non-PD patients treated in the same period were selected as the control group. The correlation analysis was carried out after the detection of hs-CRP and IGF-1 in the two groups. The levels of hs-CRP and IGF-1 in the two groups were compared,and the levels of hs-CRP and IGF-1 in PD patients with different severity were compared ROC curve was made for the content of hs-CRP and IGF-1 in the body.Results:The level of hs-CRP in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the level of IGF-1 was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);hs-CRP increased significantly with the severity of PD patients,and IGF-1 decreased with the severity of PD patients(P<0.05);the expression level of hs-CRP was positively correlated with Hoehn-Yahr grade,and the expression level of IGF-1 was negatively correlated with Hoehn-Yahr grade(P<0.05).Conclusion:The levels of hs-CRP and IGF-1 are correlated with the severity of PD.
