摘要
目的讨论血浆超敏C-反应蛋白(hs⁃CRP)水平与2型糖尿病足病(DF)合并帕金森病的相关性。方法选取2016年11月-2018年10月秦皇岛市第二医院内分泌科收治的DF患者156例,采用英国Brain Bank的临床诊断标准对患者的帕金森病进行评定,将患者分为合并帕金森病组与不合并帕金森病组,并根据帕金森病患者Honehn&Yahr分级,将合并帕金森病组划分为早期组、中期组和晚期组。利用生化分析仪测定血浆hs⁃CRP水平。并分析比较测定结果。结果2型糖尿病足病合并帕金森病组hs⁃CRP水平较2型糖尿病足病不合并帕金森病组hs⁃CRP水平增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),hs⁃CRP水平与2型糖尿病足病合并帕金森病具备相关性(P<0.05);相关性分析显示血浆hs⁃CRP水平与Honehn&Yahr分级呈正相关,晚期组高于中期组,中期组高于早期组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),与帕金森病评分量表(UPDRS)评分呈正相关(P<0.05),与简易智力状态检查量表(MMSE)评分负相关(P<0.05)。结论2型糖尿病足病合并帕金森病患者的血浆超敏C-反应蛋白水平升高,并且与帕金森病的病程存在一定相关性。
Objective To discuss the correlation between plasma hypersensitive C⁃reactive protein(hs⁃CRP)level and type 2 diabetic foot disease with Parkinson′s disease.Methods 156 patients with type 2 diabetic foot disease(DF)admitted to the Endocrinology Department of our hospital from November 2016 to October 2018 were selected.Parkinson′s disease was assessed by Brain Bank′s clinical diagnostic criteria.The patients were divided into Parkinson′s disease group and non⁃Parkinson′s disease group.According to Honehn and Yahr classification of Parkinson′s disease patients,the patients with Parkinson′s disease were divided into early stage group,mid stage group and late stage group.The plasma hs⁃CRP level was measured by biochemical analyzer.The results were analyzed and compared.Results The level of hs⁃CRP in type 2 diabetic foot disease with Parkinson′s disease group was higher than that in type 2 diabetic foot disease without Parkinson′s disease group(P<0.05).The level of hs⁃CRP was correlated with type 2 diabetic foot disease with Parkinson′s disease(P<0.05).The correlation analysis showed that Honehn Yahr grade was positively correlated with plasma hs⁃CRP level.Late stage group was higher than that of mid stage group,mid stage group was higher than that of early stage group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Plasma hs⁃CRP level was positively correlated with Unified PD Rating Scale(UPDRS)scores(P<0.05),and negative correlated with Mini⁃Mental State Examination(MMSE)scores(P<0.05).Conclusion The plasma level of hs⁃CRP in patients with type 2 diabetic foot disease and Parkinson′s disease was elevated,and there was a certain correlation with the course of Parkinson′s disease.
