摘要
目的:观察养阴利咽饮内服合咽扁清穴位敷贴治疗慢性咽炎(chronic pharyngitis,CP)(阴虚肺燥型)患者的效果。方法:将2019年6月-2021年6月公安县中医医院收治的86例CP(阴虚肺燥型)患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为研究组、参照组,各43例。参照组采取常规西医治疗,研究组采取养阴利咽饮内服合咽扁清穴位敷贴治疗,两组均治疗4周。比较两组疗效、治疗前与治疗4周后中医症候积分、血清炎症因子[肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白介素-6(IL-6)、血管内皮细胞黏附分子(VCAM-1)]水平、唾液中分泌型免疫球蛋白A(SIgA)水平及治疗后3、6个月复发率。结果:研究组总有效率为93.02%,较参照组的74.42%高(P<0.05);研究组治疗4周后咽痛、咽干、咽黏膜充血等中医症候积分均较参照组低(P<0.05);研究组治疗4周后TNF-α、IL-6、VCAM-1水平均较参照组低,SIgA水平较参照组高(P<0.05);研究组治疗后3、6个月复发率分别为0、5.00%,均较参照组的18.75%、25.00%低(P<0.05)。结论:应用养阴利咽饮内服合咽扁清穴位敷贴治疗CP(阴虚肺燥型)患者可调节唾液中SIgA、血清炎症因子表达,减轻临床症状,提升疗效,减少复发,且安全性良好。
Objective:To observe the effect of Yangyin Liyan Decoction combined with Yanbianqing acupoint application on patients with chronic pharyngitis (CP) (Yin deficiency and lung dryness type).Method:A total of 86 patients with CP (Yin deficiency and lung dryness type) who treated in Gong’an Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2019 to June 2021 were randomly divided into the study group and the reference group,43 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the study group was treated with Yangyin Liyan Decoction and Yanbianqing acupoint application,two groups were treated for 4 weeks.The curative effect,TCM syndrome score and the levels of serum inflammatory factor[tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α),interleukin-6 (IL-6),vascular endothelial cell adhesion molecule-1 (VCAM-1)],secretory immunoglobulin A (SIgA) in saliva before and 4 weeks after treatment and the recurrence rate at 3 and 6 months after treatment were compared between two groups.Result:The total effective rate in the study group was 93.02%,which was higher than 74.42% in the reference group (P<0.05).The TCM syndrome scores of pharyngeal pain,pharyngeal dryness and pharyngeal mucosal congestion in the study group after 4 weeks of treatment were lower than those in the reference group (P<0.05).The levels of TNF-α,IL-6 and VCAM-1 in the study group after 4 weeks of treatment were lower than those in the reference group,and the level of SIgA was higher than that in the reference group (P<0.05).The recurrence rates of the study group at 3 and 6 months after treatment were 0 and 5.00%,which were significantly lower than 18.75% and 25.00% in the reference group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Yangyin Liyan Decoction combined with Yanbianqing acupoint application can regulate the expression of SIgA and serum inflammatory factors in saliva,reduce clinical symptoms,improve curative effect and reduce recurrence in patients with CP (Yin deficiency and lung dryness type).
