摘要
小儿腹泻是指大便次数增多和性状改变,是儿科的常见病、多发病。小儿腹泻属中医“泄泻”的范畴,中医治疗该病经验丰富,具有独特优势。通过文献检索,本文对近年来小儿腹泻的中医药治疗做了概述,阐述了小儿腹泻的临床表现和中医病因病机,并从中医内治法(如辨证分型治疗、经方治疗、自拟方治疗)、外治法(如针灸推拿治疗、穴位敷贴治疗)两方面叙述小儿腹泻的治疗进展。认为中医治疗小儿腹泻的效果良好,且毒副作用小,值得临床推广。
Infantile diarrhea refers to the increase of stool frequency and change of character.It is a common and frequently occurring disease in pediatrics.It belongs to the category of“diarrhea”in traditional Chinese medicine.Traditional Chinese medicine has rich experience in treating the disease and has unique advantages.Through literature search,this paper summarizes the treatment of infantile diarrhea in traditional Chinese medicine in recent years,which narrates its clinical manifestation,cause and pathogenesis of traditional Chinese medicine,and discusses the progress of infantile diarrhea from internal treatment(such as dialectical classification treatment,classic formula treatment and self-made formula treatment)and external treatment(such as acupuncture,massage and acupoint application)of traditional Chinese medicine.The therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine is satisfactory,and the toxic and side effects are small,which is worth popularizing.
