摘要
目的观察苦酒饮对阴虚肺燥型慢性咽炎的临床疗效。方法将200例阴虚肺燥型慢性咽炎患者按照随机数字表法分为2组,治疗组100例予苦酒饮治疗,对照组100例予清咽滴丸治疗。2组均治疗14 d为1个疗程,2个疗程后统计疗效,比较2组治疗前后咽部异物感、咽干、咽痒、灼热、咽痛及咽黏膜变化评分变化情况,比较2组治疗前后血常规淋巴细胞绝对值及单核细胞绝对值变化情况。结果治疗组总有效率94.00%(94/100),对照组总有效率86.00%(86/100),治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗后咽部异物感、咽干、咽痒、灼热、咽痛评分及总积分与本组治疗前比较均明显降低(P<0.05),且治疗组治疗后咽部异物感、咽干、咽痒、灼热、咽痛评分及总积分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗后淋巴细胞绝对值及单核细胞绝对值与本组治疗前比较均明显降低(P<0.05),且治疗组治疗后淋巴细胞绝对值及单核细胞绝对值均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论苦酒饮治疗阴虚肺燥型慢性咽炎临床疗效确切,可明显减轻咽部异物感,改善咽干、咽痒、灼热、咽痛症状,降低淋巴细胞绝对值及单核细胞绝对值,减轻炎性反应,提高临床疗效,应用方便,安全可靠。
Objective To observe on clinical effect of Kujiuyin on chronic pharyngitis with yin deficiency and lung dryness type.Methods A total of 200 patients with chronic pharyngitis of yin deficiency and lung dreness type were randomly numbered and randomly divided into treatment group and control group,100 cases in each group,100 cases in the treatment group were treated with Kujiuyin and 100 cases in the control group were treated with Qingyan dripping pills.14 d was a course of treatment,and a total of 2 courses of treatment.The changes of pharyngeal foreign body sensation,pharyngeal dryness,pharyngeal itching,burning,pharyngeal pain and pharyngeal mucosal score,as well as the absolute values of lymphocytes and monocytes were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results The total response rates in treatment group and control group were 94.00%(94/100)and 86.00%(86/100),respectively,the curative effect was better in treatment group than control group(P<0.05).The changes of pharyngeal foreign body sensation,pharyngeal dryness,pharyngeal itching,burning,pharyngeal pain score and total score of the two groups after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and these indexes in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The absolute values of lymphocytes and monocytes in the two groups after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the the treatment group were lower the control group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical curative effect of Kujiuyin on chronic pharyngitis with yin deficiency and lung dryness type is exact,this mothod can significantly reduce pharyngeal foreign body sensation,improve dry throat,throat itching,burning,sore throat symptoms,reduce the absolute value of lymphocyte and monocyte absolute value level,reduce inflammatory reaction,improve effect,convenient application,safe and reliable.
