摘要
新工科建设“三部曲”后,现代信息技术开始广泛应用于各高校的教学改革中,也取得了良好的教学效果。食品专业的实验实训教学也开始与现代信息技术相融合,虚拟仿真实验室开始在高校食品专业中建设。本文研究分析了虚拟仿真技术在食品专业应用的优势,虚拟仿真实验室的具体应用,旨在为食品质量与安全专业和科学与工程专业的实践性教学改革提供一定的借鉴。
After the "Trilogy" of new engineering construction,modern information technology has been widely used in the teaching reform of various colleges and universities,and good teaching results have also been achieved.The experimental training and teaching of food majors have also begun to be integrated with modern information technology,and virtual simulation laboratories have begun to be built in food majors in colleges and universities.This paper studies and analyzes the advantages of virtual simulation technology in the application of food specialty and the specific application of virtual simulation laboratory,aiming to provide some reference for the practical teaching reform of food quality and safety specialty and science and engineering specialty.
