摘要
食品安全一直以来都是消费者关注的焦点,随着人们生活水平的提升,消费者在追求食品营养和口感的同时,也开始重视食品的品质与安全。造成食品安全问题发生的主要原因为食品中存在具有危害性的微生物,借助微生物检验手段能有效检测食品中潜藏的微生物,避免发生食源性疾病,保障消费者的健康安全。基于此,本文简述了水产品微生物检验技术和检验方法,以保障食品行业安全发展。
Food safety has always been the focus of consumers’ attention.With the improvement of people’s living standards,consumers begin to pay attention to food quality and safety while pursuing food nutrition and taste.The main factor causing food safety problems is the presence of harmful microorganisms in food.With the help of microbial testing methods,the potential microorganisms in food can be effectively detected to avoid food borne diseases and ensure the health and safety of consumers.Based on this,this paper briefly introduces the microbial inspection technology and methods of aquatic products to ensure the safe development of the food industry.
