摘要
目的:分析疾控中心微生物检验问题及对策。方法:通过电脑随机抽选的方式选择在辖区中心工作的36例卫生专业技术人员作为入组成员,通过微山县疾控中心自制的调查问卷表对入组成员进行调查,分析微生物检验中所存在的问题,制定相应的对策。结果:36.11%的成员表示存在人员配置不均衡的问题,16.67%表示存在检验设备落后,22.22%认为标本采集不规范,13.89%的成员认为检验环境不合格,11.11%表明有其他方面的问题。结论:疾控中心微生物检验过程中存在较多问题,需制定针对性对策,合理分配人员,引入先进设备,建立全面的标本采集管理制度。
Objective:To analyze the problems and Countermeasures of microbial testing in centers for disease control.Method:36 health professionals and technicians working in the centers under the jurisdiction were selected by computer random selection as the enrolled members.The enrolled members were investigated by the self-made questionnaire of our center,and the problems in the microbiological examination were analyzed and the corresponding countermeasures were formulated.Result:36.11% of the members said that there was unbalanced personnel allocation,16.67% said that there was backward testing equipment,22.22% said that the sample collection was not standard,13.89% said that the testing environment was unqualified,and 11.11% said that there were other problems.Conclusion:there are many problems in the process of microbiological examination in centers for disease control.It is necessary to formulate targeted countermeasures,reasonably allocate personnel,introduce advanced equipment,and establish a comprehensive specimen collection management system.
