摘要
学前教育“小学化”违背幼儿身心发展规律,制约学前教育发展。从概念入手对学前教育与学校教育进行前提辨析,是厘清二者关系进而澄清学前教育缘何不能“小学化”的核心所在。幼儿不是学生、幼儿园并非学校、保教并重不等于教育,学前教育与学校教育具有根本性区别。学前教育去“小学化”需要转换理念:在学前教育的出发点上真正回到幼儿本位,从静态学前理念倡导转化为关注动态幼儿发展;在过程中让幼儿回归生活经验,重视幼儿的经验获取与生活世界相融合;在结果上注重幼儿学习品质的培养,从外显化知识技能习得内化为内生性学习能力提高。学前教育去“小学化”还需要保障策略:强化政府的督导与监管责任,形成家园校共育的多元主体合力,提升学前教师专业化水平。
The orientation of primary school in preschool education violates the laws of children’s physical and mental development and restricts the development of preschool education. Making premise differentiation of the concepts of preschool education and schooling is the core to clarify the relationship between them and then to demystify why the orientation of primary school in preschool education is undesirable. Infants are not students, kindergartens are not schools, and placing equal emphasis on child care and education is not education. There are fundamental differences between preschool education and schooling. Preventing the orientation of primary school in preschool education needs to change the concept to genuinely return to be children-oriented at the starting point of preschool education, from advocating static preschool education theory to focus on the children dynamic development. In the process, let children return to the life experience and emphasize the integration of children’s experience acquisition and the world they live;in terms of the result, pay attention to the cultivation of children’s learning quality and transform from the explicit knowledge and skill learning into the endogenous learning ability improvement. Preventing the orientation of primary school in preschool education also needs security strategies. It is necessary to strengthen government’s responsibility of supervision and regulation, form a multi-subject joint effort of home-kindergarten co-education, and improve the professional level of preschool teachers.
