摘要
在互联网技术高速发展的时代背景下,“数据驱动教育,智慧变革教育”的大数据时代已经来临,智能分析技术和教育新基建已成为智慧教育长远发展的基本保障。政府在构建教育新基建进行教育智慧治理的变革过程中,面临着教育治理思维更新迟缓、教育治理体制建设迟缓、新基建技术负外部性、基建不完善等困境。以协同治理为理论基础,提出构建以互联网智能技术为基础的政府导向型教育治理“四维”合作平台,为教育智慧治理提供实现路径,具有鲜明的问题导向和实践指向。
Under the background of rapid development of internet technology,the big data era of “data-driven education,smart transform education” has come.Intelligent analysis technology and new infrastructure for education have become the basic guarantee for the long-term development of smart education.In the process of building new infrastructure for education and carrying out the transformation of educational smart governance,the government is facing the dilemma of slow updating of educational governance thinking,slow construction of educational governance system,negative externality of new infrastructure technology,and low efficiency of new infrastructure construction.Based on the theory of collaborative governance,it proposes to build a government oriented “four-dimensional” cooperation platform for educational governance based on internet intelligent technology,which provides a path for the realization of educational smart governance,with clear problem orientation and practice orientation.
