摘要
开展新课程、新教材与新高考改革,需要落实立德树人根本任务,全面优化育人实践,培养新时代创新人才。东北师范大学附属中学以国家教育目标为指导确定学校特色化的育人目标,其核心是为了促进学生学术化成长。学校对现有课程重新进行功能定位,新增学术素养引领性课程,构建学术型学生成长的课程体系。学校为提升学生解决真实问题能力,强化学科融合性课程建设,利用STEAM课程,推进课程融合常态化。学校为提升课程的育人效果,在新课程新教材改革的背景下,聚焦课堂教学问题,从5个方面提出优化策略,凝练为“五以”课堂教学指导思想,以此推动课堂教学质量的全面优化,开展全面的创新人才培养工作。
To carry out the reform of the new curriculum,new textbooks and new college entrance exams,we should take the responsibility for implementing the task of strengthening moral education and cultivating people,optimizing the educational practice and fostering innovation-minded people in the new era.Based on the educational objectives of the central government,High School Attached to Northeast Normal University has launched its unique educational practice,and its ultimate goal is to promote the all-round development of all the students.The school has positioned its current curriculum,add academic accomplishment-oriented courses and structure a curriculum system for students’academic growth.It also aims to improve students’problem-solving ability in real situations,reinforce the construction of more comprehensive and integrated courses,exploit the philosophy from STEAM courses and carry forward the normalization of the integration of courses.To elevate the effectiveness of educational practice,this thesis focuses on analyzing issues in classroom-teaching on the basis of the new curriculum and new textbooks.Thus it proposes optimizing strategies from five aspects,condensed into“Wuyi”guidelines,so as to improve classroom teaching quality and carry out the task of cultivating innovative talents.
