摘要
目的探讨丙种球蛋白(IVIG)联合地塞米松治疗儿童免疫性血小板减少症(ITP)的疗效。方法收集来我院就诊的ITP患儿,共50例。随机将其分为两组,IVIG联合地塞米松组(联合治疗组)和单独使用地塞米松组(单独治疗组),每组各25例。联合治疗组患儿采用IVIG联合地塞米松治疗,单独治疗组患儿单独采用地塞米松进行治疗。比较两组患儿治疗前后血小板数量、免疫学指标(IgM、IgG和IgA)和治疗疗效,判断其疗效。结果联合治疗组总有效率高于单独治疗组;联合治疗组患儿体内IgG、IgM和IgA水平均显著低于单独治疗组;联合治疗组患儿的血小板数量显著高于单独使用地塞米松组患儿,且差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论IVIG联合地塞米松治疗起效快,作用强,可以快速提高ITP患儿体内血小板数量,该联合治疗方式值得在临床进一步研究应用。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of IVIG combined with dexamethasone in the treatment of children with(ITP).Methods A total of 50 children with IPT were collected.They were randomly divided into two groups:IVIG combined with dexamethasone(combined treatment group)and dexamethasone alone(treated alone group),with 25 patients in each group.Children in the combined treatment group were treated with IVIG combined with dexamethasone,and children in the single treatment group were treated with dexamethasone alone.The platelet count,immunological indexes(IgM,IgG and IgA)and therapeutic effect were compared between the two groups before and after treatment,and the therapeutic effect was judged.Results The total effective rate of combined treatment group was higher than that of single treatment group.The levels of IgG,IgM and IgA in the combined treatment group were significantly lower than those in the single treatment group.The number of platelets in the combined treatment group was significantly higher than that in the dexamethasone group alone,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of globulin and dexamethasone has a fast onset and strong effect,which can quickly increase the number of platelets in children with IPT.The combined treatment method is worthy of further clinical research and application.
