摘要
目的探讨自拟益元生血汤加减联合小剂量激素治疗原发免疫性血小板减少症的临床效果。方法抽取山西省中医院2018年1月至2022年1月收治的60例原发免疫性血小板减少症患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组(30例,小剂量激素治疗)和观察组(30例,小剂量激素联合自拟益元生血汤加减治疗),比较两组临床疗效、血小板计数、血清血小板生成素(TPO)、吲哚胺2,3-双加氧酶(IDO)、色氨酰t-RNA合成酶(TTS)水平以及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗有效率(90.00%,27/30)高于对照组(66.67%,20/30),P<0.05;治疗后观察组血小板计数高于对照组(P<0.05),血清TPO、IDO、TTS水平均优于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论对原发免疫性血小板减少症患者给予自拟益元生血汤加减联合小剂量激素治疗,能有效升高血小板,调节血清TPO、IDO、TTS水平,且不良反应少。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of modified self-made Yiyuan Shengxue decoction combined with low-dose hormone in the treatment of primary immune thrombocytopenia.Methods A total of 60 patients with primary immune thrombocytopenia admitted to Shanxi Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2018 to January 2022 were selected.They were divided into control group(30 cases,low-dose hormone therapy)and observation group(30 cases,low-dose hormone combined with modified self-made Yiyuan Shengxue decoction)by random number table method.Clinical effect,platelet count,serum thrombopoietin(TPO),indoleamine 2,3-dioxygenase(IDO)and tryptophanyl-tRNA synthetase(TTS)levels,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The treatment response rate in the observation group(90.00%,27/30)was higher than that in the control group(66.67%,20/30),P<0.05.After treatment,platelet count in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);serum TPO,IDO and TTS levels in the observation group were better than those in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusions Modified self-made Yiyuan Shengxue decoction combined with low-dose hormone therapy for patients with primary immune thrombocytopenia can effectively increase platelets,and regulate serum TPO,IDO and TTS levels,with few adverse reactions.
