摘要
该文运用文献资料法等研究方法,基于生理学效应与负荷量化视角,对运动训练监控中训练应激进行研究,以期充分理解运动员对运动训练的急性反应,使运动员更好地适应训练计划,为教练员、运动员和健身爱好者提供参考,助力我国奥运健儿全面备战2024年法国巴黎奥运会。研究发现,理解相关可以解释运动员在训练中出现的急性反应的模型,有助于帮助训练监控人员掌握应激的生理学效应;过度训练和训练过度存在于一个整体,为提高运动员运动表现,训练监控者必须把控刺激与恢复的平衡;训练监控中可以通过对生化、血液和免疫学指标进行及时监控,避免过度训练或训练过度的发生;运用大量检测手段的多因素分析法是预防或避免运动员出现运动表现下降的重要手段;通过多种方式量化运动员训练的外部负荷和内部负荷,有助于调整其训练计划。
Using the research methods of literature,based on the perspective of physiological effects and load quantification,this paper studies the training stress in sports training monitoring.The purpose is to fully understand the athletes'acute response to sports training,make athletes better adapt to the training plan formulated by the training monitor,provide reference for coaches,athletes and fitness enthusiasts,and help Chinese Olympic athletes prepare for the 2024 Paris Olympic Games in France.The results show that understanding the relevant models that can explain the acute reactions of athletes in training is helpful to help training supervisors master the physiological effects of stress;Excessive training and overtraining exist in a whole.In order to improve athletes'sports performance,training monitors must control the balance between stimulation and recovery;In training monitoring,biochemical,blood and immunological indexes can be monitored in time to avoid Excessive training or overtraining;Multifactor analysis using a large number of detection means is an important means to prevent or avoid the decline of athletes'performance;Quantifying the external load and internal load of athletes'training through various ways is helpful to adjust their training plan.
