摘要
目的 探讨六味地黄汤加减配合二甲双胍和阿托伐他汀治疗2型糖尿病(DM)合并高脂血症的效果。方法 选取2018年7月至2020年7月本院收治的80例2型DM合并高脂血症患者作为研究对象,按照随机抽签法分为参照组和研究组,每组40例。参照组采用二甲双胍+阿托伐他汀治疗,研究组采用六味地黄汤加减配合二甲双胍+阿托伐他汀治疗。比较两组临床疗效、血糖及血脂水平。结果 研究组治疗总有效率为95.00%,高于参照组的80.00%(P<0.05)。治疗后,总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)及三酰甘油(TG)水平均低于治疗前,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平高于治疗前,且研究组TC、TG水平低于参照组,HDL-C水平高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组LDL-C水平比较差异无统计学意义。治疗后,两组空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 h PG)水平均低于治疗前,且研究组低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 二甲双胍+阿托伐他汀联合六味地黄汤加减治疗治疗2型DM合并高脂血症患者临床疗效显著,可改善血糖、血脂水平,促进患者恢复,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the effect of modified Liuwei Dihuang decoction combined with metformin and atorvastatin in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus(DM) complicated with hyperlipidemia.Methods 80 patients with type 2 DM combined with hyperlipidemia who were admitted to our hospital from July 2018 to July 2020 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into reference group and study group according to random drawing,with 40 cases in each group.The reference group received metformin and atorvastatin,and the study group received modified Liuwei Dihuang decoction combined with metformin and atorvastatin.The clinical efficacy,blood glucose and blood lipid levels were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 95.00%,which was higher than 80.00% in the reference group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of total cholesterol(TC),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C) and triacylglycerol(TG) were lower than those before treatment,and the level of high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C) was higher than before treatment,the levels of TC and TG in the study group were lower than those in the reference group,and the levels of HDL-C were higher than those in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),there was no significant difference in LDL-C levels between the two groups.After treatment,the levels of fasting blood glucose(FBG) and 2 h postprandial blood glucose(2 h PG) in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the study group was lower than the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Metformin and atorvastatin combined with modified Liuwei Dihuang decoction in the treatment of type 2 DM patients with hyperlipidemia has significant clinical effect,can improve blood sugar and blood lipid levels,and promote the recovery of patients,which is worthy of clinical application.
