摘要
目的探讨生脉散合六味地黄汤加减治疗糖尿病的临床疗效。方法随机抽取自愿参与该次研究的106例糖尿病患者,患者入院治疗时间为2010年6月-2011年7月,106例患者分组方法为入院先后顺序,53例对照组治疗过程中选择西药,53例观察组治疗过程中选择生脉散合六味地黄汤加减,待两组患者治疗后对比其临床疗效。结果①观察组患者经过治疗后其治疗总有效率为94.34%,对照组患者经过治疗后其治疗总有效率为75.47%,两组数据经过统计比较后差异有统计学意义(χ^2=7.361 1,P<0.05);②对比观察组和对照组患者治疗前空腹血糖和餐后2 h血糖,组间数据经统计软件比较后差异无统计学意义;对比观察组和对照组患者治疗前空腹血糖和餐后2 h血糖,组间数据经统计软件比较后差异无统计学意义;对比观察组和对照组患者治疗后空腹血糖和餐后2 h血糖,组间数据经统计软件比较后差异有统计学意义(t=8.731 6、8.122 1);③观察组患者2年、4年以及8年并发症发生率和对照组患者相比,组间数据均差异有统计学意义(χ^2=4.711 1、6.013 1、4.330 1,P<0.05)。结论糖尿病患者在治疗过程中选择生脉散合六味地黄汤加减可提升临床疗效,改善患者的血糖水平。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Shengmai Sanhe Liuwei Dihuang Decoction in the treatment of diabetes. Methods A total of 106 patients with diabetes who volunteered to participate in the study were randomly selected.The patients were admitted to the hospital from June 2010 to June 2011, and 106 patients were enrolled in the order of admission. 53 patients in the control group were treated with Western medicine. In the treatment group of 53 cases, Shengmai Powder and Liuwei Dihuang Decoction were selected and treated, and the clinical effects were compared after treatment.Results 1.The total effective rate of the patients in the observation group was 94.34% after treatment. Conclusion The choice of Shengmai Sanhe Liuwei Dihuang Decoction in the treatment of diabetic patients can improve the clinical efficacy and improve the blood glucose level of patients.
