摘要
目的:探讨桃红四物汤(Taohong Siwu Decoction,TSD)的活血化瘀作用。方法:采用电刺激血栓形成法测定体内血栓形成时间(occlusive thrombus formation time,OT);采用毛细血管法和玻片法测定凝血时间(clotting time,CT);建立血瘀模型,测定血瘀大鼠全血、血浆和血清比黏度。结果:TSD能显著延长大鼠OT及CT,能显著降低血瘀大鼠的全血比黏度、血浆比黏度及血清比黏度。结论:TSD具有较好的活血化瘀作用。
Objective:To investigate the blood-quickening and stasis-transforming actions of Taohong Siwu decocfion(TSD). Method:The effects of TSD on thrombosis time(OT) of rats in artery stimulated by electricity and clotting time(CT) were observed,and the effects of TSD on the blood viscosity in blood stasis rats were observed. Result :TSD could significantly prolong OT and CT, and significantly decrease blood viscosity. Conclusion :TSD has obvious actions of blood-quickening and stasis-transforming.
