摘要
目的:分析六味地黄丸加减+二甲双胍治疗肾阴亏虚型2型糖尿病(T2DM)的效果及糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 hPG)水平的影响。方法:2018年1月-2020年3月收治肾阴亏虚型T2DM患者80例,双盲随机抽样法分为两组,各40例。参照组采纳二甲双胍治疗,试验组采纳六味地黄丸加减+二甲双胍治疗,比较两组临床疗效、血糖指标水平及中医症状积分。结果:试验组临床总有效率高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组治疗后HbA1c、2 hPG、FPG水平均低于参照组,中医症状积分低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:六味地黄丸加减+二甲双胍可有效降低肾阴亏虚型T2DM患者的血糖水平,缓解临床症状。
Objective:To explore the effect of Liuwei Dihuang Pill combined with metformin in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus of Shen Yin Kui Xu Type and the influence of HbA1c,2 hPG and FPG levels.Methods:From January 2018 to March 2020,80 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus of Shen Yin Kui Xu Type were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 40 cases in each group with double blind random sampling.The control group was treated with metformin.The experimental group was treated with Liuwei Dihuang Pill plus metformin.We compared the clinical efficacy,blood glucose index levels and TCM symptom scores of the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the experimental group,after treatment,the levels of HbA1c,2 HPG and FPG were lower than those in the control group,and the TCM symptom score was also lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Liuwei Dihuang Pill combined with metformin can effectively reduce the blood glucose level of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus of Shen Yin Kui Xu Type and relieve clinical symptoms.
