摘要
目的:研究利拉鲁肽联合替米沙坦治疗高血压合并糖尿病患者的效果。方法:选取2019年8月-2020年4月于重庆璧山中铁任之综合门诊部就诊的138例高血压合并糖尿病患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组,各69例。对照组应用利拉鲁肽治疗,观察组应用利拉鲁肽联合替米沙坦治疗。经90 d药物治疗后,比较两组患者血糖、血压的改善率及不良反应发生率。结果:观察组血糖改善率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组血压改善率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:利拉鲁肽联合替米沙坦是一种有效性高、安全性好的治疗高血压合并糖尿病的方案,可提高治疗效果,减少不良反应,值得推广。
Objective: To study the effect of liraglutide and telmisartan in the treatment of hypertension patients complicated with diabetes. Methods: A total of 138 patients with hypertension complicated with diabetes in Chongqing Bishan CRRSI Comprehensive Outpatient Department from August 2019 to April 2020 were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 69 cases in each group. The control group was treated with liraglutide. The observation group was treated with liraglutide combined with telmisartan. After 90 days of drug treatment, the blood glucose and blood pressure improvements, and the incidence of adverse reactions in two groups were compared. Results: The improvement rate of blood glucose in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);the improvement rate of blood pressure in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: Liraglutide combined with telmisartan is a highly effective and safe regimen for the treatment of hypertension complicated with diabetes, which can improve the therapeutic effect and reduce adverse reactions, and is worthy of promotion.
